Frequently asked questions about big texas cash loans

  • A check was mailed to my house, I'm not really sure why I received this check. Maybe from a loan? I don't remember requesting one.. but I really want to cash this check and invest on it. What do you guys think? Is it legit, or could this be a fake check scam? I don't want to be a victim when I go turn in a check? Help please! Thank you..
  • It all looks so real! But it's all just as fake and empty as the people who sent it!! That's from complaints.com http://www.complaintsboard.com/complaint...http://www.ripoffreport.com/home-based-b...Read all the fine print on the check and the info. You'll see what it really is. Nothing buy fraud compalints all over the internet for this company, Type the name of the company followed by the word: complaint, rip-off, or scam I've never seen so many pages in my life of complaints of any company. Please read the fine print on all that info you got first. It should be all there - some people just don't read. /
  • This is a scam and these checks have been mailed to people all over this country.
  • If you didn't work for this company or have a bank account there, what POSSIBLE reason would they have to send you money? Of *course* the check is fake! Throw it away, or bring it to the bank and tell them you believe it's fake and ask what you can do about reporting this company for fraud.
  • Let's see, fraud signs so far: Mystery check. Large Amount. Issued by is a typoed name. (Moneygram wouldn't have two Ms.) DO NOT CASH IT. You can be criminally charged with money laundering if you try to .
  • If you weren't expecting the check , put it in the shredder
  • Okay, here's the breakdown: I live in the state of Texas. My car is a 1997 Pontiac Grand Prix and I'm pretty sure it is on its last leg so I want to get a newer car that is reliable. I have 3000 dollars in my checking account and 300 dollars in my savings. I get paid twice a month anywhere from $120 to $300 depending on how busy we are. I will be getting 250 dollars for a task I'm doing for my uncle's girlfriend in 9 weeks. I also will need money to attend summer school and a trip to Seattle, WA this summer. I give 100 dollars to the phone bill each month and I give 25 dollars to my savings account every check. I don't want to spend more than 12000 dollars on a car. I guess my questions are: What should I be able to afford on a car each month? Are my checks even good enough to being for a car right now? Should I save up a little more before I buy this car? Is there anything I else I need to know about buying a car? Will I be able to get a little money for trading in the car I already have (the Pontiac)? What is a reliable car? How does buying a car work?
  • the bigger your down payment the nicer car you can pick. While getting a bank loan would be difficult The best way to buy a car is to look for a car owned by older people who took good care of it . and pay cash for the car. Its a good idea to have any used car into a shop for a mechanical inspection but a private party car will give you a lot better value than some old pile of worn crap on a dealer lot. Just because a dealer details the car to look brand new means nothing. If you do go with a buy here pay here dealership make damn good and sure to get the vehicle a good mechanical inspection from your mechanic. And never ever take a salesmans word on the condition of a vehicle, because 5 minutes after you are gone he has forgot what he even said about the car. Check www.nada.com and find out what the consumer section says the price is worth before you buy. dont pay too much
  • well you have a decent down payment already for a better car so you wont have to worry about high interest rates and as long as you can afford 500 bucks a month for payments and insurance then you can basically get any car you want under 20,000 just shop around and ask about financing while your at it a honda civic will be about 5 times more reliable than what you are driving now but there are so many other cars out there
  • http://www.latimes.com/business/la-fi-st...Starting Sunday, cash-strapped California will dig deeper into the pocketbooks of wage earners--holding back 10% more than it already does in state income taxes just as the biggest shopping season of the year kicks into gear. Technically, it's not a tax increase, even though it may feel like one when your next paycheck arrives. As part of a bundle of budget patches adopted in the summer, the state is taking more money now in withholding, even though workers' annual tax bills won't change. Think of it as a forced, interest-free loan: You'll be repaid any extra withholding in April. Those who would receive a refund anyway will receive a larger one, and those who owe taxes will owe less.
  • thats why i moved to texas two years ago (almost three now)....best thing i've done in my life :)
  • Gee, I own a very small (and shrinking) business in California. The real nifty thing is that the private sector has been slaughtered so much by the state that I don't have to withhold tax, because I can't pay myself anything after I've paid all the taxes and fees. Atlases who Shrug ought to get a kick out of the leftist idiots at the Capitol dome who've shot themselves in the foot. Next up: Just watch the clowns in Washington follow suit and ignore the sharp sword of the Laffer Curve. The only questions we formerly self-employed private-sector Kalifoonians have: Idaho or Texas?
  • Yes. If there weren't a couple of people that I care about in California I would love to buy a house on the shore of Arizona Bay.
  • Yes. They still have IOUs for last year's tax refunds don't they? Frankly, I can't wait for California to fall into the ocean. It's a parasitic state.
  • I live in this state. The sheople are going to whine and cry about being taxed heavier although they keep voting for it and wanting the government to grow. I don't understand how the people here just don't get it.
  • Gawd yes,I was born in the forsaken hell hole. We moved to the midwest when I was 7.
  • u got to be kidding me i still get goose pimples living in san diego givin all the problems. and its great u guys feel this way less trafic. sorry i have to take my motorsycle to the beach now. and then wait till the middel of winter and do it again. can u say bikini aw aw awsume
  • They are robbing the people and instead should crack down on the sourse of their many finacinal problems
  • To tell the truth I do not feel sorry for California citizens since with their votes they brought many of the problems on their selves.*
  • CA is a tough place to live unless you are on welfare..
  • wow!!!!! i dont think so.. u need 2 big time borrow from someone then.....
  • The real problem for people with ideas is that they are not really sales people. There are 2 ways. 1. Cooperate with an entrepenuer to do the selling. Generally I have found this unsucessful, as they often talk big and do nothing. Then ask you to do the marketing and sales. But when I have worked with the right person the level of success if very high. 2. Sell it yourself. The problem is that if you are selling your idea, you are not spending time developing it. But it can be the best way if you have the right motivation. The actual marketing process is pretty complicated, so it depends on the product and the market. For example, if you invented a better car headlight, you could sell it direclty, but I would go to car manufacturers and sell the idea to them. But if you have a product that is easy to manafucter and distribute then you can make a lot more money doing it yourself. But to do that you need money. You can get a bank loan, take out a second mortage on your home, or go to a venture capital company. Or more likely you will find some investors or business partners.
  • Re-engineer the whole sales and marketing system to support the way you want to do business
  • If [you] have thought up and idea and want to hawk it. Well that ain't marketing.
  • I know social issues are important. I never see the democrats concerned about are growing debt which to me seems the most important. What happens when we go to the world and ask for some serious help? What would we do if China decides to stop loaning money? Wouldn't most say our debt issue more important than any possible social issue that the democrats have?
  • The Debt while large is small compared to the GDP of this nation. It is serious but not as bad as talk radio makes it out to be. As a ratio debt to GDP it is smaller than in the 40s, 50s, 60s, 70s, 80s, but larger than the 90s. The real issue is cutting entitlements that cause debt, reigning in defense spending by ending wars, and increasing revenue from taxes by growing the economy again. China will never stop buying our debt because if they do we can destroy their Economy with tariffs on things made there in retaliation. Obama's Stimulus failed! Horribly! China's Economy is growing again and so is the EU. The UK has had two quarter of growth and officially ended the recession there. The world is out of the recession but not America and here is why. The global community did the right thing with the stimulus and Obama and his Super Majority forced the greatest welfare payment out Washington ever into the hands of people who don't contribute to the Economy but lag on it. The Cash for Clunkers was brilliant and only cost 3 billion. It was true stimulus and copied from the Germans. It sold 700,000 cars with lower gas consumption lowering the cost of gas, putting auto workers our last manufactures back to work, and dealers made money. That 3 billion impacted MILLIONS of people. The taxes states received was god sent and saved many jobs in MI, KY, OH, and AL the 4 largest auto states. Going forward we must worry about inflation with the printing of money. When Gold goes up our dollars buy less. We must get America working again. We are in no true danger if we get better leadership in Washington. Consider this China's Economy is not the size of the state of NJ. Japan is not the size of CA. The EU is not as big as Texas! There is much wealth in America, it's policy set by Washington that is killing us now. I include the Bush and Obama adminstrations and both houses as our greatest enemy to growth.
  • From what has been written here it would appear that Latinos inTexas or native American Indians have a right o a homeland. That would provide a interesting twist to your politics, You are angry for others doing what you have done andx apparently your comfortable with that. Also it would appear that some contributors have never lived in China and have a strong predijuce against Chinese.

  • To Westerners who don't mind their own business on YA: When we were the Sick Man of Asia, We were called The Yellow Peril. When we are billed to be the next Superpower, We are called The Threat. When we closed our doors, You smuggled drugs to our open markets. When we embrace Free Trade, You blame us for taking away your jobs. When we were falling apart, You marched in your troops and took what you wanted. When we tried to put the broken pieces back together again, Free Tibet you screamed, It Was an Invasion! When we tried Communism, You hated us for being Communist. When we embrace Capitalism, You ridicule us for being Capitalist. When we have a billion people, You said we were destroying the planet. When we tried limiting our numbers, You said we abused human rights. When we were poor, You thought we were dogs. When we loan you cash, You blame us for your national debt. When we build our industries, You call us Polluters. When we sell you goods, You blame us for global warming. When we buy oil, You call it exploitation and genocide. When you go to war for oil, You call it liberation. When we were lost in chaos and rampage, You demanded rules of law. When we uphold law and order against violence, You call it violating human rights. When we were silent, You said you wanted us to have free speech. When we are silent no more, You say we are brainwashed-xenophobics. Why do you hate us so much, we asked. No, you answered, we don’t hate you. We don’t hate you either, But, do you understand us? Of course we do, you said, We have AFP, CNN and BBC’s… What do you really want from us? Think hard first, then answer… Because you only get so many chances. Enough is enough, Enough Hypocrisy for This One World. We want One World, One Dream, and Peace on Earth. This Big Blue Earth is Big Enough for all of Us. Hate goes both ways. Don't expect China to like you if you hate it.
  • I think you've got this issue somewhat confused. First off, the Dalai Lama were the original rightful religious leaders of Tibet who were ousted by the Chinese regime in a "liberation police action" carried out by the People's Liberation Army (PLA) in 1957. People are trying to protest against China for their continued unrightful rule of Tibet. The Dalai Lama have every right to be assisted, because the only people they're causing problems with are the wrongful Chinese beurocratic leaders. The Dalai Lama are currently in exhile, in India. Not to mention the political dynamics of this situation seem to make your "what if" scenario uncontextable to that area, and so, your argument's flawed even if your base for it was correct, which it isn't.
  • It's always nice to see employees of the Chinese government here on YA. China is a police state without many friends in the world, and they've taken the wrong side of most international controversies. They were brutal in Tibet, and continue to be, and you can't expect a lot of sympathy from anyone other than agents of your government. The old communist apparatchiks who run China see the Dalai Lama the same way they see the Falun Gong: a religious movement that challenges the religion of the corrupt bogus communism you've adopted there.
  • The only cause of any problems for the Chinese government - not the people - is their criminal occupation of Tibet. The Dalai Lama should have been welcomed by Gordon Brown as the only legitimate head of state of Tibet. But he won't - he is too afraid of the economic power of these fascist murderers. We, the people, are not. Chinese fascists out of Tibet - Independence now!
