Frequently asked questions about oklahoma cash loans

  • You would need to contact a local mortgage broke/banker, where you would apply for and get pre-approved for a mortgage loan. You would need proof of having a job to pay this mortgage. There are items needed, he will tell you these items upon contact. Once you have been pre-approved you should contact a real estate agent for the purchase of a house. Tell this real estate agent that you are interested in purchasing a foreclosure. Most foreclosures are listed with real estate brokerage firms and sold by local real estate agents. You would have to be careful when purchasing a foreclosure. Some of these properties might not be eligible for a mortgage loan of any type, therefore you would have to pay all cash for these properties. There are a few internet sites that say they offer free foreclosure list, but then require you to complete a mortgage loan application in order for you to obtain the list. I hope this has been of some benefit to you, good luck. "FIGHT ON"
  • All of the banks post their repo's online. Wells Fargo posts theirs at pasreo.com ( i don't work for them and the site is free). You can get BofA and Amtrust and the others, too. Every foreclosure must be posted at your County Recorders Office. That is the law. You have the complete list. The foreclosure auctions are held by attorneys. They post the lists on their websites since they want people to attend the auction and bid. There is a sale every day on the courthouse steps at noon. Attend one and ask the auctioneer to put your name on his mailing list.
  • I am looking to save some money to put a down-payment on a car in April of 2012, but in order to do so, I am going to need some form of income. I know I'm young, but I need to be able to provide for myself. Not to mention it would help my father out immensely if I could bring home a little cash once in a while. I would really appreciate your input! Thanks!
  • You are 15, unless it is in your parents name NOBODY is going to give you a loan for a car. Sorry.
  • Well, i dont live in Oklahomoa, but I can tell you that starbucks is one of the best places to work, after you get your permit. starbucks treats their employees well, and provides insureance, while Walmart wont do anything. Walmart only takes care of their pharmacists. But yeah, another thing is that im a huge car guy, and I know you ownt get a good interest rate, so i recommend A BIG donwpayment, so youre not paying a bunch of interest. Also as a fist car, a civic, toyota, or ford are very reliable. I wish you luck!!!
