Frequently asked questions about fast cash of iowa

  • I keep going to New Age and I don't want that anymore. I never really liked New Age, except for the law of attraction. But I need Jesus back!! At one point, I was really close with Jesus but now I just lost it, and I'm 13. This ALL happened this year, january was when I was going strong with christianity. Help. What are some steps to get closer to God [even though I am kind of lazy] also, please pray for me. thanks!
  • I know what you mean love. I had found myself so close to Jesus.. I could even pray and watch His answer unfold before me. I even dreamed wonderous things. I was faced with a decision, go to Iowa, or stay where I was at. There were jobs up north.. and a bf. I wanted to go there. I wanted to stop struggling and worrying about bills and have extra cash.. So I prayed and opened the bible. I landed in the old testiment and the first verse I landed on was "Flee the North" I tried again and again praying each time to make sure and even used one of my kids bibles.. Same verse.. same chapter.. over and over.. I even dreamed of going north and getting lost and unsure of where I was at.. So as a last resort I asked the church.. Many were "just pray more" or "do what you think is best" But a few told me they had a bad feeling about me going.. I prayed one last time and said Lord, should I wait or should I go? I landed on the verses "wait on the Lord I say" ..Did I? Nope..I let fear and worry and the promise of a brighter future motivate me even after all these no's in place. And I had never felt more distant or abandoned by God in my life..Problem is,I abandoned Him,not Him me. I chose to go my own way.. I thought I would never get it back.. After 3 years of torture.. and me quitting that wretched horrid job I did receive.. I came back home.. like the prodigal child that I was. I immediately felt more at peace and better about my decision.. But still distant..Like God was a stranger to me. Still, my doing.. Its like, leaving home and having no contact with your family, and coming home to an awkward..uhhh.. yeah.. you were right I was wrong.. moment. It took me 6 months to get some semblance back from my old life. And I still have a long ways to go. There is no magic formula or sequence of events that will make it all better. Sadly, even knowing He forgives, the guilt can act as a barrier and prevent complete healing.. Though with time, like all mistakes the wounds will heal and things will be as they should be. Satan want us uncomfortable, he wants us to still feel distant from God. It makes it easier to push us back into the unacceptable life style. But prayer and reading His word and refusing to let satan win will put us back on top where we belong. Luke 18:9-14 9 To some who were confident of their own righteousness and looked down on everyone else, Jesus told this parable: 10 “Two men went up to the temple to pray, one a Pharisee and the other a tax collector. 11 The Pharisee stood by himself and prayed: ‘God, I thank you that I am not like other people—robbers, evildoers, adulterers—or even like this tax collector. 12 I fast twice a week and give a tenth of all I get.’ 13 “But the tax collector stood at a distance. He would not even look up to heaven, but beat his breast and said, ‘God, have mercy on me, a sinner.’ 14 “I tell you that this man, rather than the other, went home justified before God. For all those who exalt themselves will be humbled, and those who humble themselves will be exalted.” If you are here.. you are better off than those who think their lives are perfect and better than yours.
  • Hi im 18 (girl) christian and I too sometimes feel like i've let God down bt what I knw is dt He loves us all with a love that cannot be measured and his forgiveness is always available for those who seek him I suggest you read your bible often nd to pray before going to bed and also when you are awake that's how you'll stay close to him. At your age believing in Jesus /God wow I thnk u r amazing hey.love♥♥♥you in Christ our Saviour and will put you in my prayers.
  • Ok, the first step you would need to come back is to speak with a pastor at the church that you attend. I'm sure he could help you see how new age doesn't conform with what Christ teaches and the. He will give you some steps to weed you off of it. Praying for you :)
  • The Bible even urges us: “Draw close to God, and he will draw close to you.”—James 4:8. How can you draw close to God? To begin with, continue doing what you are doing now—learning about God. Jesus said: “This means everlasting life, their taking in knowledge of you, the only true God, and of the one whom you sent forth, Jesus Christ.” (John 17:3) Yes, the Bible teaches that learning about Jehovah and Jesus leads to “everlasting life”! As already noted, “God is love.” (1 John 4:16) Jehovah also has many other beautiful and appealing qualities. For example, the Bible says that Jehovah is “a God merciful and gracious, slow to anger and abundant in loving-kindness and truth.” (Exodus 34:6) He is “good and ready to forgive.” (Psalm 86:5) God is patient. (2 Peter 3:9) He is loyal. (Revelation 15:4) As you read more in the Bible, you will see how Jehovah has shown that he has these and many other appealing qualities. True, you cannot see God because he is an invisible spirit. (John 1:18; 4:24; 1 Timothy 1:17) By learning about him through the pages of the Bible, however, you can come to know him as a person. As the psalmist said, you can “behold the pleasantness of Jehovah.” (Psalm 27:4; Romans 1:20) The more you learn about Jehovah, the more real he will become to you and the more reason you will have to love him and feel close to him. Good communication is the lifeblood of any relationship. It involves speaking and listening—and not just with the mind but with the heart as well. We speak to the Creator by means of prayer, which is worshipful address to God. Jehovah delights in the prayers of those who love and serve him and who acknowledge Jesus Christ as His chief representative.—Psalm 65:2; John 14:6, 14. In the past, God spoke to humans in a variety of ways, including in visions, in dreams, and through angels. Nowadays, however, he does so by means of his written Word, the Holy Bible. (2 Timothy 3:16) The written Word has many advantages. It can be consulted at any time. Like a letter, it can be savored over and over again. And it is not subject to the distortions that often mark oral retelling. So think of the Bible as a large collection of letters from your beloved heavenly Father, and through these letters allow him to speak to you daily.—Matthew 4:4.
  • Why keep trying to get with imaginary beings and things? Law of attraction is clearly complete bullsh*t. IF Jesus ever lived, he died thousands of years ago, and therefore no longer exists. Try to live THIS life as an intelligent, civilized human being.
  • Go play outside
  • Come on. Dont surrender your intelligence and freewill this easily. You were really close to jesus? Really? Pics or it never happened...
